Fun in Tulsa

We went to Tulsa last weekend and spent time with family. We mainly went to support everyone through a pretty difficult situation regarding our beloved Uncle Billy and his declining health. It was awesoome to see everyone and to spend quality time together.
Friday night we just hung out- relaxed and laughed a lot. Saturday, Jason, Justin, and Pa went for a ride on their Harleys while I took the boys to the mall. All was fine until I tried to get Lane out of the "bus" and into the stroller to go home. He threw the biggest fit- no tears, just lots of screaming, kicking, and more screaming. He fell asleep before we got out of the mall parking lot!
Saturday evening we grilled burgers and hung out near the chiminea. Lyric rode his scooter up and down the sidewalk- both boys had a great time playing outside.
Sunday we had a nice brunch with my mom and a few friends from Tulsa....I didn't have my camera out for it, though- wish I did now.....
Enjoy the pics.....

already miss you guys! I can't tell you how much family means to me...us...etc. I know that we weren't very available this weekend, but we didn't know you were going to be in town. So, I am glad that we did see you when we saw you! P.S. I didn't even know that it was your mom's birthday!!!

I curse those damn rides at the mall. We encountered our first meltdown due to those things. We tried our best to get by the thing but Porter spotted it. So we let them ride. MISTAKE of the Century. Then we had to load 2 screaming kids, walk through the mall all the while people thinking we had 2 brats on our hands. The people who work at the stores in front of those things........BLESS THEM!
