BINGO!

Colin's school had a bingo family night fundraiser a few weeks ago- so my mom and I took Colin and Lyric to eat some pizza and get our game on. I got a Bingo- which never happens...so the boys got to go up on stage and pick out a prize- they chose this water cannon thing that I let my mom take home with her to prevent any later confusion. It was a really fun night.

Lyric's Buzz

I took Lyric in for an 11 dollar head shaving- he did very well. Usually I do his hair myself- My clippers don't work so well on his hair anymore- so we went to a little walk-in salon not too far from our house.

Growing so Fast

Since Baby Lane will be 1 soon, we have started to introduce him to the inevitable beverage vehicle of his future- the sippy cup...he liked it- this day....but this picture was taken around March 25 and it is now almost May....he hasn't really wanted to drink from it again. I guess he knows that we will be taking his bottle away soon- so he just wants to cherish his last few weeks with it. He is still just adorable to me, though...sippy or no......

Easter

We had a nice Easter holiday this year. It fell on the last Sunday of Spring Break- so that meant that it was colder than seasonably normal. It was still a great day- Lyric dyed eggs, the Easter Bunny brought a lot of eggs for Jason to hide. Lyric got some bubbles, a new bat and some wiffle balls to play with in the back yard. Jason also gave Lyric his ipod nano- Lyric loves it. We had a pretty great day.

Birthday Party Fun

Friends Sabrina and Scott's little girl, Savannah, turned 2 in March- they had a little party and we took the boys. They had bubbles, sidewalk chalk, and a bouncy thing for the kids....Lyric and Lane had a great time.

It has been a while- look below for some misc. pics from our Spring Break. It was mainly cold and rainy, so they aren't too exciting. I promise to try to not go a whole month without posting...that is way too long and it is taking me way too long to get caught up!!

Jason's Birthday

Jason had a b-day over the break. We had a small celebration with food and family. The day after, we took the kids on a walk/bike ride. What a fun day.....well- what a fun 2 days!!
